At The Sweat Poet, every product is made especially for you after your order is placed. Because each item is printed on demand, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or preferring a different color.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we'll make it right.

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and include:

Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos showing the problem

If the issue is confirmed, we'll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.

Size & Fit

Please review our size charts carefully before placing your order. Because every item is produced specifically for your order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect size selection.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because production begins quickly after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes once your order has entered production.
